Dear Kelly,
I wanted to let you know just how much I
appreciate your work on the Hawk Pointe project.
Your ability to convey your ideas with
such confidence and passion made my experience with an unfamiliar project
comfortable. I have tremendous respect for your design abilities and
your attention to detail. Your were able to create something really
spectacular out of a piece of property that was special to me. In
the long run, I believe Hawk Pointe will grow to be a truly classic.
Now that you know how much I appreciate
you professionally, I also wanted you to know how much I value our
personal friendship. It is not very often that good friends are
encountered during business dealings. I would not even consider
doing another golf course project without you.
Your friend,

Richard Cotton

Dear Kelly:
As "The Hideout" is about to
open, I wanted to take some time to thank you for the job you and your
employees did in making this the golf club of our dreams.
As I ride around the course and look at
the clubhouse and other facilities that were constructed, I think back and
remember that less than a year ago I would have been in an orange grove
and thicket of trees. You have done a remarkable job in less than a
year. You'll be amazed when you see the finished project. You
have a lot to be proud of!
Thank you again for all your efforts.
Sincerely,

Terry P. Archer

Dear Kelly:
Our season is almost over and the two
holes that were re-built last summer have come through with flying
colors. I want to take a moment and let you know what a pleasure it
was working with you last year. I realize how difficult it is to
re-design an existing golf hole especially when all the parties involved
have ideas of their own.
Your attention to details in the scope
of work was especially impressive to me. As you are well aware it is
not always easy to expect the contractor to understand what the architect
or clients wants and needs are. However, in your detailed
description of the scope of work for our project our contractor knew
exactly what needed to be done and was able to follow the plan almost to
the letter.
Equally impressive is your understanding
of shot value as it pertains to every level of golfer. A lot of
architects today seem to only have the touring professional in mind when
they design their courses.
Thank you again for all your hard work
and the wonderful attitude you had for our project.
Sincerely,

Buck Buckner

To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. Kelly Blake Moran was employed by my
company from 1984 to 1995. During that period Kelly steadily
advanced from an intern fresh out of school, to a lead project architect
and then to a partner in the firm. Kelly is a reasonable and
creative person who possesses a solid work ethic and is the totall
professional in this highly specialized business. His foreign
assignments were often difficult, measured by the convenience of U.S.
standards, and his experience included projects located in Mexico, the
Caribbean, South America, and in the United States.
Without question, I know that Kelly
Moran can deliver to his client a premiere, world class golf course and it
will be accomplished on time and on budget.
Sincerely,

Robert von Hagge
